What is your return policy?

Rosybaby.com gladly offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Before making any return or exchange, please contact our customer service at: orders(at)rosybaby.com, to organize the process. We kindly ask that you make sure you inform us of any problem with your order within 7 days of purchase; after this time we would be unable to process your request. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How much is shipping? Do you ship outside of the US?

We offer a flat charge of $6 per 4 items for shipments within the U.S.
For international orders, we charge $12 per 4 items.

How long does delivery take?

We ship your order in three to four business days. Delays in shipping are usually caused by incorrect information or products missing in inventory. Our customer service department will inform you if there are longer-term shipment problems.

What is your printing technique?

We have invested heavily on direct-to-garment inkjet printing technology. Although not as precise as screen printing, the prints are vibrant and very washfast without it being heavy and rubbery.
